Time Frame:

  • Detailed Pet Portraits can take 3-4 weeks to complete unless you choose to Fast Track
  • Need it urgently? Select the fast track option to receive the digital file within 7 business days and the print within 14-25 business days from Purchase date - I use express shipping for all domestic orders (ie within Australia)
  • International print orders may take 20-30+ business days in the post (on top of the 3-4 week artwork creation) ☞ Want it sooner? Then select the Fast Track option AND International Express Post at Checkout to receive your physical artwork within 18-28 business days from Purchase date


The Process:

✿ I will use the photos and description you enter to inspire and inform the artwork - please include as much detail as you can and mention if you have more photos to share.
✿ We will correspond via email regarding the portrait - clare@houndtownstudio.com (there is no i in clare!)
✿ I will send you a working sketch that we can revise until you're happy - I do rely on prompt replies to meet the time frame so please get back to me within 24 hours to avoid delays
✿ I will then add colour and finalise the artwork which we can also tweak until it is spot-on
✿ I will email you the digital JPG file and if you have selected a print it will be sent to the fine art printer
✿ I will package the artwork up, supply an Authenticity Certificate and ship it to you!
